The IVT reaction is treated by DNase I. However, trace DNA is possibly present in the final product. If the sequence is shorter than 300 nt, we offer additional service to remove DNA more extensively. We also offer service to detect the trace DNA in the RNA product. This is done by PCR using DNA plasmid as control.
