Do you offer double-stranded oligo synthesis?

Yes, Bio-Synthesis can synthesize double stranded DNA (dsDNA) or double-stranded RNA (dsRNA). When ordering your oligos, please select duplex format on the quote or order form. All our double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) or double-stranded RNA (dsRNA) order will be annealed in our laboratory and delivery in a single tube. Each single-stranded oligo nucleotide will be QC by HPLC or PAGE and annealed oligo be analyze by denature and non-denature gel.
