We consider the use of amino acid analysis (AAA) to compare our biosimilar antibody with its original antibody and hope to obtain detailed information on amino acid composition and molar extinction coeffecients using this type of analysis.
To achieve accurate data that will allow determination of the molar extinction coefficient a very pure protein, ideally in the lyophilized form or dissolved in a volatile buffer is needed!
