How to resuspend fluorescent and TCEP cleavable oligo?

The lyophilized probes containing disulfide bond can be resuspended immediately in Tris-EDTA (TE) buffer, pH8 to a cencentration of 100 µM to prevent degradation of the fluorophore linkage and store at -20 oC. To reduce the number of freeze-thaw cycles experienced by these probes, it is highly recomend to aliquot prior storage.
